They are seeking a Senior ACS Account Executive to drive customer success and grow their Subscription and Custom Professional Services business by acting as a trusted advisor and identifying new opportunities.ResponsibilitiesPartner with license sellers to position subscription value and align tailored client solutions to meet customer business objectivesPresent tailored presentations, value summaries, and success plans to drive adoption and improve return on investmentAssist with presales solution development and estimation for subscription and custom professional services engagementsCollaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless handoff from sales to deliveryGenerate net-new subscription and custom professional services bookings by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities within assigned accountsDevelop and maintain an active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual quota objectivesLead negotiation, contracting, and approval procedures for subscription and custom professional services agreements with large strategic accountsWork closely with field sales and solution architects to craft compelling proposals and account strategiesBuild strong, positive relationships with customers by understanding their business goals and aligning Adobe subscription and custom professional services offerings to deliver measurable outcomesSupport account planning and manage customer blocking issues as neededMaintain pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting using CRM toolsTrack and report performance metrics for deals and partnershipsLeverage internal resources and professional networks to uncover new opportunities and expand influence within accountsSkills5–7 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as sales, consulting, or customer success, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotaStrong understanding of subscription models, SaaS, and professional services salesDomain expertise and technology background to understand business problems, conceptualize the solution and articulate valueFamiliarity with Adobe Experience Cloud or similar enterprise-level solutionsOutstanding presentation, storytelling, and negotiation abilities for high value strategic agreementsAbility to manage multiple opportunities, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a matrixed environmentKnowledge of digital marketing, SaaS, and cloud-based offeringsHigh intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologiesBenefitsSales commission plansLong-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity awardCompany OverviewAdobe is a software company that provides its users with digital marketing and media solutions.
