[Remote] Senior Accounting Manager

Attivo Partners is a fast-growing full-service finance and accounting consulting firm headquartered in San Francisco, specializing in providing fractional CFO and accounting services to venture-backed emerging growth clients. The Senior Accounting Manager will be responsible for accounting functions for multiple clients, including month-end close, accounts receivable and payable, payroll, and tax compliance.ResponsibilitiesProduce monthly financial statements and budget vs actual analysisAssist with financial modeling and forecasting for clientsManage Accounts Receivable - which includes invoicing, collections, reviewing contractsManage Accounts Payable - which includes ensuring accurate entry, timely payment, and compliance with company policiesProcess employee onboarding, payroll, and terminationsMentor and train future team membersSkillsSolid understanding of GAAP, CPA preferredAdvanced+ ExcelExperience with standard software solutions: QuickBooks Online, Xero, NetSuite, Campfire, Brex, Ramp, Rippling, Gusto, Rillet, CartaExcellent written and verbal communicationStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesIndependent judgment and decision-makingAbility to manage multiple projects/priorities at a timeProfessional curiosity & creativityPassionate desire to learn & for continuous improvementBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
