[Remote] Senior Accounting Manager

They are seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations and manage key hands-on accounting tasks, including month-end close activities and financial reporting.ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of monthly, quarterly and annual close process to ensure accuracy and timelinessPrepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations and supporting schedulesOversee the accounts payable, accounts receivable, sales tax and payroll processing functions, stepping in to assist where neededComplete day-to-day treasury functionsPartner with Revenue Operations and Customer Success to implement processes for accurate invoicingAssist with preparation of data reconciliation between CRM (Salesforce) and billing system (Maxio)Work closely with People Ops team to understand expected changes to headcount and related accounting impactPrepare consolidated financial statements and other financial reporting schedules required by executive leadership teamCoordinate with subsidiary accounting personnel to maintain an accurate understanding of subsidiary activity and intercompany transactionsReview monthly subsidiary financials to ensure intercompany transactions are accounted for correctly and eliminated upon consolidationSupport budgeting and forecasting through collaboration with FP&A and department leadsCoordinate with third-party tax service providers in preparation of annual tax returns to ensure deadlines are metCoordinate with auditors for completion of statutory audits where applicableIdentify and implement changes to the close process to enhance efficiency and effectivenessMaintain and enhance internal accounting policiesSkillsBachelor's degree in accounting and active CPA license5+ years of progressive accounting experienceStrong understanding of US GAAPHighly detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skillsExperience managing multiple, disaggregated tasks and bringing them to completionSkilled in financial reporting and analysisExperience leading a financial close processExperience in overseeing G/L functions (QuickBook experience is a plus)Comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution in a lean, dynamic team environmentExperience in the software or SaaS industryPublic accounting experienceExperience with foreign operations or accounting for foreign currenciesKnowledge of tax law and regulatory complianceBenefits401k Match: Match 200% of contributions up to the first 5% of salary, resulting in a total potential match of 10%.Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage: Patch My PC covers 99% of premiums for both team members and dependents.FSA/HSA.Fertility benefits.Parental leave.Paid-time off (PTO).Volunteer leave.Charitable donation matching.Tuition reimbursement.Gym membership reimbursement.Internet stipend.Pet insurance.Company OverviewWe simplify third-party patching in Microsoft SCCM, Intune, or on your home PC.
