They are seeking a high-accountability Senior Accountant who will review client work, communicate with clients, and utilize AI tools in their accounting processes.ResponsibilitiesTake client books from junior-accountant prep to done: review, correct, resolve open items, and closeIdentify and correct accounting issuesRun client calls and emails to resolve open itemsAssist with business (1120-S, 1120, 1065) and individual tax return prep and reviewUse AI tools daily to speed up reviews, analysis, and close processesBuild repeatable review and close processesGuide junior accountantsSkills3+ years in public accounting or client accounting servicesStrong QBO and/or XeroAlready using AI in your accounting work — you have specific examples, not just interestComfortable on the phone with clients, not just emailSelf-directed: you manage your own workload without daily check-insReliable.
