[Remote] Senior Accountant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. One Eighty Capital is a group of four privately owned businesses spanning oilfield services and software-as-a-service. They are seeking a Senior Accountant to manage the full accounting cycle across multiple entities, including month-end close, tax workpapers, payroll, and customer invoicing.ResponsibilitiesRunning month-end close across all entities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (journal entries, reconciliations, trial balance preparation, completed financials package)Organizing and delivering tax workpapers to our outside CPA firm (fixed asset schedules, depreciation schedules, payroll reconciliations, 1099 preparation)State and local sales tax filings (annual federal and state income tax returns are filed by our CPA firm - your job is to deliver a package that requires no untangling)Processing payroll for all companies through our Professional Employer Organization (PEO).
