[Remote] Senior Accountant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Healthcare Ventures Group LLC owns PRxP Pharmacies, which provide specialty and mail order pharmacy services while focusing on patient care. The Senior Accountant will support the financial operations by assisting with month-end and year-end close activities, preparing financial reports, and conducting financial analysis.ResponsibilitiesSupport the month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliationsReconcile general ledger accounts and investigate variancesPerform accounts receivable and accounts payable reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepanciesAssist with processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactionsPrepare and maintain balance sheet and income statement schedulesPrepare other financial reports for distributionPrepare inventory analysis and reconciliationsAssist with departmental projects, including process improvements, system enhancements, and documentation updatesConduct financial analysis to support management reporting and business initiativesAssist with audit requests and provide supporting documentation as neededEnsure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and proceduresCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial operations and reportingAssist in budgeting and forecasting activitiesNote: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
