Responsibilities • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of brand partners across all post-sale relationship management and campaign execution • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships to drive retention and satisfaction • Develop strategies to achieve brand partner business objectives through the Nordstrom Media Network • Coordinate planning, implementation, and tracking of advertising campaigns • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of campaigns • Ensure campaign optimizations meet goals established during media planning • Deepen brand partner relationships by communicating campaign performance and optimization opportunities to promote strategic account growth • Participate in a culture of radical candor and extreme ownership • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services • Contribute to product development by providing brand partner feedback Skills • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field • 4-6 years of experience in account management, digital advertising, or media sales • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including display, social, search, and programmatic advertising • Proven track record of managing and growing accounts • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly • Proficient in CRM platforms, analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Results-oriented mindset focused on exceeding partner expectations Benefits • Medical/Vision, Dental, Retirement and Paid Time Away • Life Insurance and Disability • Merchandise Discount and EAP Resources • 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more.
