They are currently seeking a Senior Account Manager to join their Advanced Technology Solutions (ATS) organization, focusing on the medical device industry. The role involves managing customer relationships and projects from design conception to manufacturing, ensuring profitable growth and customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesSupport regional account/site strategies to support and enhance the global HT strategy execution while maximizing regional site performanceUnderstand the key market dynamics for the regional and global accounts to support forecasting and risk management while developing plans to maintain and/or grow the accounts, in collaboration with the respective CFT leaders/teamsResponsible for providing cross-functional leadership to develop and execute account plans for profitable growthDevelops and collaboratively shares the customer relationship activities with the CFT lead and/or site GM, including at an executive level; monitoring of customer satisfaction across all business elementsSupport development, negotiation and enforcement of customer contractsDirectly engages with sales and business development to create and present insight-led customer proposals; performs market analysis and develops specific customer value propositions, including unsolicited approachesCollaborates with HT Sales team to identify funnel opportunities for value accounts; represents GCBU strategies and interests to validate fit of new opportunitiesAccountable for the regional and global financial P&L and balance sheet performance for assigned accountsSupports three-year strategy and planning for regional markets and customersSkills15+ years of experience, ideally in a customer facing roleBachelor's degree in EngineeringBroad knowledge of electro/mechanical medical device manufacturing environment, materials and processesKnowledge of ISO 13485 Medical Device Quality Management Systems and other medical device industry standards, regulations, and directivesExcellent customer contact, negotiation and problem resolution skillsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customersIn-depth knowledge of product pricing, contracts and contract negotiationsIn-depth knowledge of the business issues associated with electronics manufacturingIn-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain managementEngineering and operations knowledge to a depth where the candidate can interface between customer and Celestica engineering teamsGood presentation, data management and computer skills (Excel & PPT)Ability to manage multiple, detailed projects to a successful end while working under tight time deadlinesAbility to speak Spanish is a plusBenefitsA comprehensive benefits package is offered in addition to this range.Target Short-Term Incentive (STI) compensationCompany OverviewCelestica is a manufacturing firm that provides design, hardware platform, and supply chain solutions to a multitude of industries.
