They are seeking a Senior Account Manager to act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to customers, ensuring the success of influencer marketing campaigns through strategic consulting, execution, and relationship management.ResponsibilitiesOwn a portfolio of customer relationships from onboarding through renewal, ensuring adoption, satisfaction, and retentionAct as a trusted advisor by providing strategic recommendations that align influencer programs with customer business goalsLead strategic business reviews (SBRs) and campaign wrap reports, delivering insights that shape future strategyOversee influencer campaign delivery from kickoff through reporting, ensuring content quality, on-time execution, and alignment to KPIsPartner with customers on post-sale strategy, sharing best practices and actionable insights to optimize performanceManage budgets, contracts, and deliverables with precision, providing transparent updates and proactive issue resolutionProject manage campaigns by delegating executional tasks to Coordinators/Co-Ops, while serving as a mentor and coachCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Strategy, Research, and Product teams to deliver seamless client experiencesRepresent the customer and influencer voice internally, escalating insights and feedback to shape platform and service improvementsAnalyze campaign performance data to generate actionable insights for customers and internal teamsIdentify risks and opportunities early, providing proactive solutions to drive stronger resultsContribute to evolving best practices as the influencer marketing industry and Later’s platform capabilities growSkills5–7+ years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or social media; agency or paid media background preferredProven success acting as a strategic advisor, delivering recommendations that map to client business goalsStrong project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple accounts and prioritiesExcellent communication, relationship management, and presentation skillsAnalytical mindset, able to interpret data and translate insights into actionExperience mentoring or coaching junior team membersHigh integrity, empathy, and a strong customer-first mindsetExpertise with influencer or marketing platforms; ability to become an expert in the Later Influence™ platformBenefitsAll permanent team members are eligible to participate in various benefits plans as part of their overall compensation packageCompany OverviewLater is the world’s first Social Revenue Platform It was founded in 2014, and is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, CAN, with a workforce of 201-500 employees.
