[Remote] Senior Account Manager

The Senior Account Manager will own the commercial relationship for a portfolio of accounts, focusing on client retention, expansion, and sales execution, while collaborating cross-functionally to achieve retention targets and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities.ResponsibilitiesOwn the commercial relationship for your portfolio of accountsIdentify, Mature and Close expansion opportunitiesDevelop and grow relationship with our clients within your portfolio of accounts (Upsell – cross sell)Conduct business meetings with clients to support the understanding of the account and uncover business initiatives and pain points that can create upsell opportunitiesPartner with internal and external resources to support customer successNavigate the renewal process timely and efficiently to achieve retention targetsBuild and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities within your assigned territoryCollaborate cross-functionally with team members and business partners to define approaches and goals as part of the upsell sales cycleDeliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that articulate Kyriba's value proposition and effectively differentiate KYRIBA offerings from competitive alternativesEffectively navigate multiple levels of customer management including: procurement, legal, and security reviews to close deals successfullyMaintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce.com with disciplined pipeline management and opportunity progressionGenerate leads through social selling (LinkedIn Sales Navigator), networking, industry events (Kyriba Live), and strategic outreachPartner with BDRs and Marketing to convert qualified leads into opportunitiesSkills5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotaAbility to build strong relationships with Clients based on reliance & expertiseStrong understanding of corporate finance, treasury operations, or financial technology solutionsExperience managing full sales cycles from prospecting through contract negotiation and close as well as renewal cyclesExcellent communication skills – ability to articulate complex value propositions clearly and compellinglyA charismatic team player, with the proven ability to be part of a high-performance organizationProficiency in Salesforce.com and sales productivity tools (Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related fieldAccount Management Experience with treasury management systems (TMS), ERP solutions, or financial softwareBackground in corporate treasury, cash management, or financial risk managementWillingness to travel up to 30-40% for customer meetings, industry events, and team meetingBenefitsVariable compensation (eg. performance bonus or commission-based plan)A long-term incentiveComprehensive range of health, welfare and wellbeing benefits designed to support both your professional and personal lifeCompany OverviewThe world's most comprehensive Liquidity Performance Platform.
