[Remote] Senior Account Manager

The Senior Account Manager will proactively manage a book of business comprised of large, complex managed care and Behavioral Health customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing upsell opportunities.ResponsibilitiesManage the overall customer satisfaction and profitability of many of ComPsych’s largest customers, including managed care accountsRetain and grow your book of business by meeting customer satisfaction ratings and identifying upsell opportunitiesDemonstrate a thorough understanding of your customers' business, human capital and benefits concernsAppropriately position ComPsych's value proposition with beneficial solutions to meet your customers' needsProvide project management, communication strategy development, internal staff training and customer staff training to newly implemented accountsEstablish a strong relationship with your wholesale business partners and work with those partners on opportunities for product enhancements, marketing strategy and upsell opportunitiesInvestigate, track and resolve customer and client concernsPrepare utilization, related analyses and trend reports to evaluate and proactively recommend improvementsEstablish and build strong working relationships with ComPsych’s business leaders and your team membersOther duties as assignedSkillsBS/BA required; Master's degree preferredExperience providing strategic account management to large, complex accounts requiredAccount management experience in insurance, benefits, healthcare or human resources-related services requiredProven track record of successfully selling additional service lines to current customersProject management, critical thinking skills and strong attention to detail requiredStable work history requiredBilingual Fluency English and FrenchComputer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite required; CRM experience a plusTravel as necessary to meet with new and existing customers (approximate travel required is 25%)Consistent and reliable high-speed internet and workspace free from distraction, disruption, or noise is requiredAbility to be present on camera during work-related trainings, meetings, and/or eventsMust be able to sit or stand at a desk for prolonged periods while working on a computerMaster's degree preferredCRM experience a plusBenefitsFull benefits package, including Paid Time Off (PTO), medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, robust EAP, wellness program, and much moreCompany OverviewComPsych® is the world’s largest provider of mental health services and GuidanceResources® for life.
