[Remote] Senior Account Manager

The Senior Account Manager role is responsible for selling the company's software and services, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth within an assigned territory.ResponsibilitiesServe as the Regional Sales team point of contact in the absence of the Regional Vice President; co-facilitate regional workshops and coordinate cross-functionally with Services and Client Experience teams as neededMentor and support less experienced Account Executives to strengthen team capabilityDevelop and execute integrated sales strategies in collaboration with other business unitsProactively identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities through strategic prospecting and territory planningBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular face-to-face engagementDesign and implement targeted sales and marketing programs aligned to short- and long-term growth objectivesMonitor and manage sales expenditures to ensure alignment with budget requirementsMaintain accurate Salesforce data, including pipeline, opportunities, activities, and forecasting inputsIdentify whitespace opportunities and drive new pipeline creation within assigned accounts and territoryLeverage AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to enhance meeting preparedness and to streamline sales processesPerform additional duties as requiredSkillsBachelor's degree in business or sales or equivalent experience or equivalent years in the industry3 - 5+ years' experience as a successful Sales Executive, including at least two years at or above sales quota selling into Healthcare IT industry3 - 5+ years with NetSuite or other CRM'sExperience using AI-enabled tools, like Copilot, for sales process management and communication cadence planningEffectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externallyDemonstrate strong knowledge of software solutions, pricing strategies, and consultative selling techniquesDeliver a proven, sustained track record of sales success within the healthcare industryExhibit excellent time management, communication, decision-making, and organizational skillsPresent professionally with strong interpersonal and presentation capabilitiesApply deep understanding of end-user needs or quickly translate transferable knowledge to the healthcare sectorBuild and leverage strong professional networks within the industryThrive in a fast-paced, high-priority environment while managing multiple demandsPlan strategically to achieve departmental and revenue objectivesCreate compelling presentations using PowerPoint and related toolsMaster's Degree7+ years' experience in selling into Healthcare IT industryExperience in a software product sales environmentClinisys product and company knowledgeBenefitsHealth and wellness benefits401 (k) Savings PlanStock incentive programsPaid time offParental leaveTuition assistanceCommissionCompany OverviewClinisys is a software company that offers IT solutions to support diagnostic testing across the life sciences and healthcare sectors.
