[Remote] Senior Account Manager

The Senior Account Manager will manage strategic accounts, ensuring successful revenue generation and providing fully managed services to clients within the network.ResponsibilitiesManage strategic accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for day-to-day communications, performance reviews, and escalationsOwn account health throughout the entirety of the client lifecycle: onboarding, growth, and issue managementDevelop a thorough understanding of the clients’ position in the market, their product/service, points of difference and compliance requirementsGenerate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organizationProactively monitor performance across your portfolio, identifying anomalies or opportunities to the client and internal teamsTriage tracking, payout, and integration issues in coordination with our technical and affiliate teamsMaintain accurate client records in CRM and Katalys platformSkills4+ years of experience in account management, preferably in affiliate, performance, or digital mediaFamiliarity with affiliate tracking platforms, attribution, and publisher/advertiser networks dynamicsAbility to navigate complex environments and adapt to various cross-functional teams, working styles and personalitiesProven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced environmentAbility to effectively communicate with client leaders of all levelsAbility to work independently and manage personal and team member time, keeping deliverables and deadlines top of mindSolution oriented problem solver who can think creatively yet critically to support and develop their portfolioStrong written and verbal communication, including executive-level client interactionData analysis skills with the ability to identify trends and translate them into actionOrganized and detail-oriented, with reliable follow-through on commitmentsProficient with G Suite; experience with HubSpot or similar CRM a plusProblem-solving orientation, particularly around technical or operational issuesAwareness of compliance considerations in health/wellness marketing (FTC guidelines, platform policies) is a plusExperience with AI tools such as Gemini, Claude, Chat GPTBachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience consideredCompany OverviewKatalys is a Commerce Media Platform that lives at the intersection of performance marketing, technology, content, and commerce.
