They are seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive success and growth for customers through strategic account management and collaboration with internal teams to enhance service delivery and performance outcomes.ResponsibilitiesOwn revenue performance across assigned accounts and branches, driving increased financing adoption, close rates, and overall revenue growth through proactive branch-level engagement and performance managementUnderstand clients' objectives, approaches, results, and challenges to create strategic account plans that drive satisfaction, retention, and lifetime valueEngage directly with decision-makers—from office managers to C-level executives and owner-operators—to present financing solutions that drive adoption and long-term valueWork cross-functionally with account management leadership, lender ops, sales, product, and engineering to ensure high standards of service across the organizationDemonstrate in-depth knowledge of 360 Finance’s platform, operational processes, and best practices to provide value to account baseMonitor account health, identify risk factors, and proactively drive product satisfaction and usageAnalyze data and client feedback to identify risk factors and optimize performancePrepare and deliver ongoing account performance reportsUphold our core values and collaborate positively across departmentsSkills4+ years of total account management experience, including: 2+ years of account management experience in home improvement sales, lending, or financing experience with proven success in upselling and cross-selling; enterprise experience is a plusExperience in Home Service financial services, lending, or point-of-sale financing is strongly preferredProficiency in Salesforce and intermediate to strong Excel skills; familiarity with BI tools like Tableau is a plusWillingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 40% of the time), including overnight and multi-day tripsExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence and present to large groups, executive-level stakeholders, and train sales representatives on how to use the 360 Finance platformStrong analytical skills and business acumen to drive performance and decision-makingProven ability to manage onboarding through renewal while building strategic partnershipsComfortable navigating ambiguity and managing shifting prioritiesHighly organized and process-driven with strong attention to detailBachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experienceBenefitsPerformance bonus or commissionEquity in the form of restricted stock unitsParticipate in the Company’s standard employee benefits programs, which currently include health care benefitsRetirement benefitsThe amount of paid days off (paid sick leave, parental leave, paid time off, or vacation benefits)Any other tax-reportable benefitsCompany OverviewModernize is a tech company based in Austin, TX that connects homeowners interested in having projects done with contractors It was founded in 2005, and is headquartered in Austin, Texas, USA, with a workforce of 51-200 employees.
