[Remote] Senior Account Executive, Sports Partnerships

Optimum Sports is the dedicated sports marketing agency within OM, focused on delivering cohesive, multi-platform sports marketing strategies. The Senior Account Executive will provide internal strategic support and manage external communication with partners and clients, aiming to maximize partnership value through effective media strategies and program execution.ResponsibilitiesWork with agency partners to develop holistic sports strategy in the upfront and across campaigns that ties into overall brand strategySupport Strategy teams with actionable insights across media channelsProvide overviews and trends of current sports rights and consumption trends across propertiesMaintain budget trackers and flowcharts for internal and client facing reportingAssist in ad hoc planning requests based on client briefs and new opportunitiesAssist with sports idea generation within agency team while facilitating client-facing sell throughWork with clients/networks/leagues to develop custom integrations or alter existing elements to fit within overall programAid in determination of optimal asset mix + branding elements within sponsorship proposalsEmploy strategies and tactics across multi-platform partnerships that deliver on KPIsImplementation, tracking, and valuation of cross-channel media and partnership activationLead timeline tracking and internal/external approvalsConstruct and present impactful program recaps designed to optimize future strategy and tactics alongside the Marketing Science teamSkillsPassion for sports and experience working within sports marketing and/or media landscapeExperience with sports media partners, leagues, teams, athletes2 years+ in the sports marketing/media industry, with an understanding of how to plan and execute multiple media channels and sponsorship typesHighly organized, with the ability to manage multiple lines of communication, track and maintain robust budgets, and prioritize many simultaneous deliverablesExtremely strong communicator, both written and verbal, in-person and onlineCreative thinker who has the ability to develop unique ideas, solutions, and programsStrong background in client services and account managementBenefitsHealth insuranceVision insuranceDental insurance401(k)Healthcare Flexible Spending AccountDependent Care Flexible Spending AccountVacation daysSick daysPersonal daysPaid parental leavePaid medical leaveSTD/LTD insurance benefitsThis role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office.
