Remote Senior Account Executive - SaaS

Our client, a rapidly growing leader in the Software as a Service (SaaS) industry, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Senior Account Executive to drive new business acquisition. This is a fully remote role, allowing you to manage your territory and client relationships from anywhere within the US. You will be responsible for identifying and closing new sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and exceeding ambitious sales targets.

As a Senior Account Executive, you will leverage your expertise in consultative selling to understand client needs and effectively position our client's innovative SaaS solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals. This role requires a deep understanding of the SaaS market, exceptional communication and presentation skills, and a proven ability to succeed in a competitive sales environment. You will work closely with our marketing and sales enablement teams to develop strategies and execute campaigns that drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking, and leveraging marketing leads. Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to prospective clients' specific needs and challenges. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our SaaS product suite and its competitive advantages. Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts. Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas and revenue targets. Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to qualify inbound leads and develop outbound strategies. Accurately forecast sales pipeline and update CRM system regularly. Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Contribute to sales strategy development and share best practices with the sales team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas. Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and close enterprise-level deals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of SaaS business models and the technology landscape. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a remote, independent work environment. Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events, as needed. A strong understanding of various business verticals and their technology needs. Proven ability to build rapport and establish trust with C-level executives.
