[Remote] Senior Account Executive - Private Client/HNW (REMOTE)

The Senior Account Executive will develop and maintain relationships with high net worth clients, negotiating terms and serving as the primary point of contact for complex personal insurance needs.ResponsibilitiesNegotiates terms, conditions, coverage limits and pricing with carriers and wholesalersSr. level facilitates requests and needs of the carriers on behalf of NFP's clientsWorks with the Claims Department on relevant claims for assigned clientsRequires expertise in multi-line accounts with more complex coverages including retrospective rating plans for large lines of coverages and foreign packagesMaintains a diary (follow-up system) to ensure policies, endorsements and other information is received to comply with requestsMay supervise and direct the daily job activities of the Coordinators, Account Managers and Account ExecutivesBuild and maintain strong relationships with carriers, and clients through regular contact and client visitsKeep clients apprised of appropriate industry trends and events, including all state and federal regulatory issuesServe as the primary insurance point of contact for business managers and business management firms representing high net worth and affluent personal insurance clientsCollaborate with business managers to structure, place, and service complex personal lines programs, ensuring coverage aligns with the broader financial, tax, and asset-management strategies of the clientAct as a consultative partner to business managers by translating insurance concepts, coverage options, and carrier requirements into clear, actionable guidanceCoordinate proactively with business managers on renewals, coverage changes, and new exposures, ensuring timely execution and a high level of responsivenessBuild and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with business managers as key referral partners and strategic stakeholdersSkillsProperty & Casualty Broker's License requiredTypically more than 8 years industry and product line experienceExcellent written communication skills – writes clearly; edits work for spelling and grammar; varies writing style to meet needs; presents numeric data effectively; able to read and interpret written informationSelf-confident to make sound independent decisionsAbility to successfully interact with a variety of people/personalitiesStrong leadership skillsMust be able to read, analyze and reconcile financial reportsPossess technical expertise plus good analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to handle situations in a calm, courteous and professional mannerBA/BS preferredExperience working with business managers, family offices, or advisory firms serving high net worth or affluent clients preferredCIC, CPCU or other P&C designation preferredBenefitsPTO & paid holidays401(k) with matchExclusive discount programsHealth & wellness programsPerformance-based incentivesCompany OverviewNFP, an Aon company, helps companies and individuals address today’s most significant Risk Capital and Human Capital challenges.
