[Remote] Senior Account Executive – eDiscovery Solutions (New Business)

Lexbe Inc. is a leading provider of advanced eDiscovery software and GenAI solutions, seeking a Senior Account Executive to expand their customer base and generate new revenue opportunities. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and achieving sales targets while focusing on new customer acquisition.ResponsibilitiesOwn the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through proposal, negotiation, and contract executionDevelop and execute outbound prospecting strategies, including cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and industry eventsBuild and maintain a qualified sales pipeline aligned with revenue growth objectivesConduct discovery meetings, product demonstrations, presentations, and solution discussions with prospective clientsDevelop relationships with attorneys, litigation support professionals, legal operations teams, corporate legal departments, government agencies, and other key stakeholdersIdentify client business challenges and position Lexbe's eDiscovery software, GenAI solutions, and professional services to address those needsPrepare proposals, respond to RFPs and prospect requirements, and lead commercial negotiations through contract executionMaintain accurate forecasts and CRM records to ensure visibility into pipeline and sales performancePartner with Solutions, Customer Success, and Leadership teams to position Lexbe's offerings effectively throughout the sales processRepresent Lexbe at conferences, trade shows, webinars, and customer eventsConsistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales objectivesSkills5+ years of experience in software, SaaS, legal technology, or professional services salesDemonstrated success generating net-new business and managing full-cycle sales opportunitiesExperience conducting customer presentations, demonstrations, and executive-level discussionsStrong prospecting, relationship-building, and closing skillsAbility to navigate complex buying processes involving multiple stakeholdersStrong communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsExperience using CRM platforms and maintaining accurate sales forecastsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceExperience selling eDiscovery, legal technology, litigation support, information governance, compliance, or related solutionsExisting relationships within law firms, corporate legal departments, litigation support organizations, or legal service providersExperience selling both software and professional servicesExperience with RFP-driven sales environmentsFamiliarity with GenAI or emerging legal technology solutionsBenefitsRemote work environment with flexibility and autonomy.Comprehensive benefits package.Company OverviewHealthcare IT should work for clinicians, not against them.
