[Remote] Senior Account Executive

They are seeking a Senior Account Executive for their Venue team to engage with wedding professionals, achieve sales goals, and advise on industry trends through their advertising platforms.ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage pipelines from start to finish with high outbound activity efforts (75 dials/day), including working with cold accounts and warm marketing leadsConsistently overachieve monthly revenue quotas as well as daily, weekly, monthly activity expectationsManage a diverse pipeline, including navigating short and longer, multi-decision maker sales processesBuild and maintain strong rapport over the phone with potential clients to uncover prospect needs and give a strong, crisp and on-point presentationHold meetings with stakeholders, sell with curiosity, perform great discovery on their business needs, pain points and solution impact, and close new dealsConsistently follow up with potential clients to negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitsTrack notes on all interactions and keep opportunities in your pipeline up-to-date in SalesforceProactively identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of processes, efficiency and productivityAct as an ambassador of the TKWW culture and values by being passionate about serving our couples and vendorsSkills3+ years of demonstrated success in B2B sales, selling to SMB, Mid-Market or Enterprise clientsDemonstrated track record of consistent monthly quota attainmentHigh-volume inside B2B cold calling phone sales experience is requiredAbility to organize work days and be proactive with time managementProven success in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and competitive team environmentAbility to work independently, as well as be a collaborative team memberKnowledge of different sales methodologies and a curiosity to be proactive and creative in new and different methods to reach successStrong analytical skills to identify trends, understand challenges, propose solutions and evaluate resultsPossesses grit and drive to improve one's own sales efficiency and performanceCoachable and receptive to feedbackSalesforce proficiencyCustomer-facing experienceAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and rapidly prioritize and adapt to changing initiativesExcellent presentation, verbal, written and listening communication skills with ability to engage and persuadeExperience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needsExcellent problem-solving and organizational skillsProactive culture keeper- sharing successes and uplifting others around themExperience with GongTradeshows and events experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceBenefitsHealth care insurance401(k) retirement accountPaid sick timeFlexible paid personal time offPaid parental leaveVariable compensationPerformance bonusesCompany OverviewThe Knot Worldwide helps couples navigate and enjoy life’s biggest moments together.
