[Remote] Senior Account Executive

As a Senior Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle and work closely with various teams to convert large organizations into active customers while addressing complex communication problems.ResponsibilitiesOwn a defined list of enterprise targets within our ICP and drive both new logo and land and expand opportunitiesRun full cycle enterprise deals from first touch to close:Build and execute outbound sequences across email, phone, social, and videoLead structured discovery to quantify current pains and map Zight to business outcomesCoordinate with Product for tailored demos and technical validationNavigate security, legal, and procurement, including InfoSec reviews and MSAsNegotiate commercial terms and drive opportunities to signed agreementsSell outcomes, not features, including faster resolution times, lower support costs, higher CSAT, and better agent productivity using Request Video and Smart AI HubBuild strategic account plans and multi thread into support, IT, operations, and finance leadershipMaintain an accurate 3x pipeline and forecast, with clean CRM hygiene and clear next steps on every dealBe a power user of Zight in your own selling motion and capture feedback from prospects and customers to inform product and messagingPartner with Marketing on campaigns, content, and events tailored to Zendesk and Intercom ecosystemsHelp define and refine playbooks, talk tracks, and process for the broader enterprise sales engine as we scaleSkills5 to 8+ years of quota carrying SaaS sales experienceProven success managing and closing complex, multi stakeholder deals that involve support and IT leadership, security, and procurementSelf directed and comfortable operating as a builder, not only an operator, including shaping territory strategy, messaging, and processExperience selling into or alongside Zendesk and or Intercom is strongly preferred, prior experience at those companies is a plusPreferred expertise in SaaS SalesBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) programFlexible vacation timePaid parental leaveGenerous stock optionsCompany OverviewZight is a visual work communication tool for organizations to easily create, upload, and manage visual content.
