[Remote] Senior Account Executive

The Senior Account Executive position is designed for proven, top-performing sellers who will own the entire sales cycle and focus on new business acquisition in the restaurant and bar sector.ResponsibilitiesOwn the entire sales cycle from cold outreach through closeFocus exclusively on new business acquisition using a consultative, value-driven approachSpend significant time in the field meeting face-to-face with restaurant and bar ownersHold 1–4 in-person meetings per day, demonstrating the SpotHopper platform and tailoring solutions to operator needsManage and dominate a defined territory (roughly a 45–60 minute radius, territory-dependent)Partner closely with Customer Success post-sale while maintaining accountability for deal qualitySet the standard for performance, professionalism, and execution on the sales teamSkillsSenior-level sales professionals with 5+ years of closing experience in SaaS, marketing, or high-velocity full-cycle sales rolesA documented history of top performance—President's Club, Summit Club, leaderboard finishes, record months/quarters, or similar recognitionA top performer and extremely hard worker in terms of prospecting and generating pipelineConsistent quota over-attainment (not just one good year) in competitive, hunter-driven environmentsComfort owning complex conversations with small business owners and confidently guiding them through a consultative saleSelf-directed operators who thrive with autonomy and take full ownership of their territory and resultsHighly competitive, disciplined, and resilient—this role is for people who expect to winStrong business acumen and the ability to tailor messaging based on each operator's goals and challengesThose who have worked in or sold to the service industry before, please include this on your resumeEagerness to be in the field, build real relationships, and do the work required to dominate a territoryPlease include specific quotas, attainment percentages, and notable achievements on your resume (e.g., % to quota, rank on team, awards, or records held)BenefitsPerformance based equity options$500 monthly stipend for operational expensesHealthcare, vision, dental, and life insurance401K matchingAll Account Executives receive a $500 monthly dining stipend to spend on any and all local restaurants.
