[Remote] Senior Accommodation Analyst

The Senior Accommodation Analyst will manage complex accommodation requests, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and fostering an inclusive work environment.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the interactive process for complex and sensitive accommodation requests from employees, including those related to disabilities, medical conditions, religious beliefs, and other protected characteristicsConduct thorough intake interviews, gather necessary medical documentation, and engage in direct communication with employees, managers, and healthcare providers (with appropriate consent)Assess individual needs, job functions, and workplace barriers to identify potential reasonable accommodationsCoordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., HR Business Partners, Legal, Facilities, IT, Payroll) and external vendors to facilitate the implementation of approved accommodationsMaintain accurate, confidential, and comprehensive case documentation, including communications, medical information, interactive process notes, and accommodation decisions, in compliance with privacy regulationsTrack and analyze accommodation data to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and inform strategic HR initiativesSkillsBachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in accommodation administrationStrong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, state leave laws, and disability programsExperience with HRIS and accommodation management systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational abilitiesAbility to handle confidential information with discretionCLMS or CPDM certification preferredBenefitsHighly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.Anduril offers top-tier benefits for full-time employees, including: Our comprehensive, competitive benefits package (available at little to no cost to employees) ensures you’re supported in health, recovery, and whatever comes next.Company OverviewAnduril Industries is a defense technology company that specializes in developing advanced autonomous systems to enhance national security.
