[Remote] SEM/SEO & Technical Support Manager

MTA360 is seeking an experienced SEO & Technical Support Manager with a strong background in Pay-Per-Click (PPC) to lead their digital marketing support operations. This role involves strategic SEO leadership, technical troubleshooting, and performance-driven paid media management to drive measurable growth for clients in the home services sector.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement advanced SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEOOversee keyword research, content strategy, and competitive analysisManage and improve backlink profiles with a focus on authority and qualityMonitor rankings, traffic, and conversions; provide actionable insights and reportingStay ahead of algorithm updates and evolving search trends, including AI-driven searchDiagnose and resolve website performance issues, indexing challenges, and technical errorsConduct audits related to site speed, crawlability, schema, and mobile usabilityWork directly with the IT Fulfillment Team on website architecture, implementations, migrations, and ongoing enhancementsEnsure alignment between SEO strategy and technical execution across all deliverablesServe as a technical escalation point for client and internal support requestsPlan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns focused on high-intent lead acquisitionManage budgets, bidding strategies, and conversion trackingAnalyze campaign performance and continuously refine for improved ROIIntegrate PPC insights with SEO strategy for a comprehensive digital approachCommunicate strategies, performance, and recommendations clearly to clients and internal teamsParticipate in client calls and presentations as a subject matter expertCollaborate cross-functionally with account management, content, and IT teamsMentor junior team members and contribute to process and workflow improvementsSkills5+ years of experience in SEO (agency experience preferred)Strong technical SEO expertise (site audits, indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema, etc.)Proven experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads required; Bing/Meta a plus)Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or MozWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)Experience in lead generation strategies, ideally within home services (HVAC, plumbing, etc.)Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable strategyExcellent communication and client-facing skillsExperience integrating SEO and PPC into a unified acquisition strategyStrong ability to collaborate with technical teams and translate marketing objectives into executionFamiliarity with AI-driven search trends and evolving SERP featuresProactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a high level of ownership and accountabilityBenefitsCommissionPaid Time Off401KCompany OverviewMTA360 offers HVAC internet marketing.
