The Semiconductor Account Manager will drive sales growth and market expansion within key OEM and Semi End User accounts, focusing on building strong customer relationships and aligning sales efforts with the company's business objectives.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales goals and market expansion within assigned accountsIdentify growth opportunities for INFICONβs product portfolio, which includes FDC and Industrial Engineering SW solutions, gauges, ALD coating solutions, and Smart SensorsBuild and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing the specific needs of semiconductor OEMs and Semi End User accountsProvide technical guidance and expertise on the application of INFICON products to meet customer requirementsManage comprehensive account activities, including preparing quotes, negotiating sales contracts, submitting forecasts, and creating key account plans and monthly reportsProvide valuable feedback to Business Units regarding product introduction strategies, market trends, competitive analysis, and application requirementsSupport pricing adjustments, product recommendations, and updates to sales policiesCollaborate with the Segment Manager and Strategic Account Director to input annual sales goals and refine strategic objectives for the sales territoryContribute to the development and execution of territory-specific sales and marketing plansRepresent INFICON at trade shows, participate in strategic industry committees, and support marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility and engagementSkillsThe ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or Chemistry3+ years of account management experienceExtensive technical expertise in semiconductor processes, with a specialization in vacuum physics and related applicationsA proven track record in sales, account management, and business development within the semiconductor industryAn exceptional ability to present technical solutions to diverse audiencesStrong negotiation, communication, and organizational skillsWillingness to travel extensively across assigned territories to support customer engagement and drive business successBenefitsCommission opportunitiesINFICON employees are eligible for a profit sharing bonus with a target of 5%Green initiativesFlexible work hoursA variety of health and wellness programsRelocation assistanceA discretionary bonusGenerous employee benefits; major medical, dental, health, vision, 401K, vacation and sick time, tuition reimbursementCompany OverviewINFICON provides world-class instruments for gas analysis, measurement and control.
