[Remote] Semiconductor Factory Automation Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Centraprise is seeking a Semiconductor Factory Automation Consultant to support their semiconductor manufacturing processes. The role involves developing and integrating SECS/GEM interfaces, configuring equipment for communication, and implementing data collection strategies for process control.ResponsibilitiesParticipates in fit gap analysis & Process Modeling & process standardization with Area lead & Process SMEWorks with lead SMEs to develop factory automation requirementsProvide times, user story point estimates, and status for all stories assigned to themAuthors and perform documents supporting validation of Factory automationWorks across teams to put requirements together for MES developmentProvide HyperCare and Go-live supportSkillsExperience in Semiconductor manufacturing processesDeep understanding of the SECS/GEM standards (SEMI E30 and related standard)Experience with SECS/GEM message structure, data formats, and communication protocolsDeveloping and integrating SECS/GEM interfaces for various semiconductor manufacturing equipmentConfiguring equipment to communicate with host systems (e.g., setting up communication parameters, defining data collection variables)Creating and managing Siemens Camstar/OpsCenter Modeling recipes for equipment, including downloading, uploading, and validating themCollecting real-time data from equipment sensors and processesMonitoring equipment status and performance metricsImplementing data collection strategies for statistical process control (SPC)Functional Experience in GUI, Tool Scheduling, Recipe Management and Factory Automation -SECS/GEMMaintain and enhance test automation frameworks for continuous improvementPossesses expertise in Good Documentation and Good Testing PracticesParticipates in fit gap analysis & Process Modeling & process standardization with Area lead & Process SMEWorks with lead SMEs to develop factory automation requirementsProvide times, user story point estimates, and status for all stories assigned to themAuthors and perform documents supporting validation of Factory automationWorks across teams to put requirements together for MES developmentProvide HyperCare and Go-live supportCompany OverviewCentraprise is an executive search and direct hire company.
