Remote Security Specialist - Part-Time Opportunity with Disney ($24/Hour)

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Specialist to join our team at Disney, working remotely from Texas, USA. As a part-time Security Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of all ESPN employees, visitors, and assets. Key Responsibilities: • Welcome, screen, and direct all visitors following established protocols • Enforce company security and parking policies consistently and fairly • Monitor company property, identify and report safety and security hazards • Secure property as directed • Issue hot work permits and conduct investigations per hot work permit processes • Conduct fire watch duties in designated hot work areas • Provide general information to visitors and employees • Perform general security system checks • Perform access control duties at high-traffic outside posts • Perform vehicle inspections as per established investigation protocols Requirements: • Bachelor's degree • At least one year of customer service or related experience • Valid driver's license in the state of Texas • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, DMV check, and urinalysis drug screen • Valid Non-Commissioned Security Officer Permit in the state of Texas or ability to obtain within 30 days • Flexibility to work varying schedules (hours and days off) and stay at work longer than required as needed • Basic computer skills, including MS Outlook email and Word Preferred Qualifications: • Excellent customer service skills • Strong leadership, judgment, and problem-solving abilities • Highly adaptable with the ability to make effective decisions under pressure • Ability to operate company transportation, including fleet and golf cart vehicles • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in Facilities Management or a related field handling service requests What We Offer: • Competitive salary: $24/hour • Part-time opportunity: 24 hours per week • Remote work arrangement from Texas, USA • Opportunity to work with a world-renowned organization How to Apply: If you are a motivated and experienced security professional looking for a new challenge, please apply for this exciting opportunity.
