[Remote] Security Operations Coordinator (Remote)

They are seeking a Security Operations Coordinator to manage client and vendor interactions, oversee physical security needs, and facilitate communication between all stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesManage organization, client, and vendor relationships as identified and specified by the Director of Security OperationsServe as the primary point of contact to oversee Concentric’s suite of physical security services for all client portfolios assigned to the coordinator (15-20 regular clients, other clients as assigned). Develop standard operating procedures and profiles for all assigned clientsAssess the security implications and needs of client requests, and advise appropriate security solutions given the parameters of known client preferences, history of engagement with the client, and the security environment of each taskCoordinate with Concentric’s internal teams to ensure all functions required by clients are met. Liaise with internal teams to develop Concentric’s overall strategy for each clientReceive client feedback directly and incorporate changes to Concentric client portfoliosServe as the primary point of contact for regular and ad hoc tasks initiated by assigned clients (typically, 5-10 tasks per week)Assess the feasibility of client requests given the vision, mission, and values of ConcentricMake informed decisions about vendor and client ratesMaintain responsibility for: vendor engagement, facilitation of pre-employment screening, facilitation of onboarding paperwork, and management of vendor relationships in the long termManage staff/vendor assignments and scheduling for each taskOversee GSOC response and engagement with assigned tasks and clientsProvide regular and timely updates to the client during the duration of tasksMaintain 24/7 on-call availability to serve as the primary point of contact for emergency response and crisis intervention/mitigation for GSOC, assigned clients, vendors, and tasks.
