They are seeking a dynamic Security Contracts Analyst to ensure the alignment of security contract processes with information security principles, collaborating with legal teams and stakeholders to shape contractual language and minimize risks.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with internal legal teams, commercial legal, and cross-functional stakeholders to review and enhance contractual language related to information security, data protection, and architectureAnalyze and assess the implications of proposed contractual terms on ServiceNow's security posture and provide recommendations to mitigate potential risksStay current on ServiceNow architecture, industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to information security and contractual agreementsDemonstrate the ability to work effectively in an evolving and sometimes ambiguous environment, adapting strategies as needed to address emerging challenges and opportunitiesSkillsExperience in leveraging or experience in critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
