Remote Seasonal Tax Preparer (Training Provided)

About the Opportunity M & N Financial Services LLC (doing business as M & N Tax Pros) is seeking motivated Remote Tax Preparers for the 2025–2026 tax season. This seasonal 1099 contractor role offers flexible hours, full remote work, and the ability to build your own client base. High-performing preparers may also have the opportunity to continue with the company after tax season in extended support, bookkeeping, payroll, or future tax seasons. As part of our national team, you’ll receive access to professional tax software, marketing tools, and ongoing support through our internal service bureau structure—allowing you to confidently serve clients anywhere in the U.S. Responsibilities • Prepare accurate federal and state tax returns for individuals and small businesses • Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and secure portal • Review client documents for accuracy and completeness • Stay current on IRS regulations and seasonal tax law changes • Source, attract, and manage your own clients using provided tools and your personal network • Maintain confidentiality and provide excellent customer service Compensation This role offers seasonal, performance-based earnings. Monthly income varies based on the number of returns completed. Estimated Monthly Pay: $2,500 – $8,500 per month (Seasonal — January through April. Actual earnings vary based on workload.)
