This is a full-time position located remotely. The individual we are looking for is also someone that enjoys working in a team environment, and excels working at an individual level. This position is seasonal until October 31st. Location: Remote Availability during weekends is preferred. Responsibilities include: Need to possess a strong understanding of what qualifies a lead to be transferable to the sales team. Make outbound calls to potential customers Answer all inbound calls that are presented to you Make a great first impression when speaking with leads Correctly qualify leads for Aptives service Input data into the leads contact record without errors Seamlessly transfer qualified leads to the sales team Have a positive attitude and contribute to Aptives call center culture in a meaningful way Expected to have an answer rate of 98%+ Qualifications: This is an opportunity for a great career with no experience necessary; we will train you High school graduate or GED Aptive Environmental : Aptive Environmental provides pest control services to 34 states in the US.
