[Remote] Seasonal Customer Support Representative

They are seeking a Seasonal Customer Support Representative who will handle inbound calls and various customer inquiries to ensure overall customer satisfaction. This role requires effective communication and the ability to navigate multiple software platforms in a remote team setting.ResponsibilitiesWorks collaboratively with Operations and Sales teams as well as other members of the Customer Support TeamAssists customers via incoming calls, voicemails, emails, and web inquiries regarding print product offerings, order placement, and shipping/receiving of materialsRoutes inquiries to the appropriate Great Minds team(s) for assistanceAssists the team with various administrative tasks, including data collection and reportingPractices consistent and concise communication with both customers and internal contactsKeeps clear and meticulous records of customer interactions through the organization’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) toolAssists in CRM data validation and managementTracks orders through various stages of fulfillmentSkills1-3 years of experience in a customer service-related fieldSelf-motivated with excellent creative and proactive problem-solving skillsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to navigate difficult conversations professionallyWillingness to learn about company products and policies to better assist customersAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and demandsExcellent communication, organization, and time-management skillsHighly proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)Ability to work remotely in a professional and secure environmentMust have consistent high-speed internet accessMust supply your own equipment (Chromebooks or tablets are not systems-compatible)High school diploma or equivalentExperience utilizing Salesforce or other CRM softwareCompany OverviewA group of education leaders founded the non-profit Great Minds in 2007 to define and encourage content-rich comprehensive education.
