Pandora Jewelry, in partnership with Inktel Contact Center Solutions, is seeking highly skilled and motivated Call Center Support Specialists to join our team as independent contractors. As a remote, seasonal contractor, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional customer experiences through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, all from the comfort of your own home.

In this role, you will be the voice of Pandora Jewelry, promoting our brand and products while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service and achieve first-call resolution through proactive and professional communication across multiple channels.
De-escalate customer issues and explore options to satisfy their needs, ensuring a positive experience and promoting brand loyalty.
Identify root causes of inquiries through probing questions and respond to pricing, product inquiries, order status, tracking inquiries, and order cancellations.
Handle account and billing issues, upselling, troubleshooting, fraud orders, and returns based on training guidelines, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
Act as a brand ambassador, promoting current offers and the Pandora Club, while sharing product knowledge and craftsmanship details with customers.
Make customers feel valued and respected, ensuring a positive and memorable experience with Pandora Jewelry.


Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, or call center environments.
At least 1 year of call center experience is required.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
Computer knowledge and tech-savviness are essential.


Nice-to-Haves:

Bilingual in Spanish or French is a plus!
