[Remote] Scrum Master / Project Manager (Healthcare & PBM) - W2 Remote

VITS Consulting Corp is seeking a highly motivated Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead and drive complex healthcare and Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) initiatives. The role involves blending Agile delivery leadership with strong project management practices to ensure successful execution, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment.ResponsibilitiesLead Agile teams as a Scrum Master while applying project management best practices to deliver strategic initiativesDrive project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting across multiple workstreamsIdentify, manage, and proactively mitigate project risks, issues, and dependenciesFacilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessionsPartner with business, technology, and operational stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, deliverables, and timelinesFoster accountability and ensure action items are followed through to completionProvide clear, consistent, and proactive communication to stakeholders at all levels of the organizationMonitor project health, remove impediments, and support teams in achieving delivery objectivesDevelop and maintain project documentation, status reports, and executive-level updatesPromote continuous improvement and Agile best practices while maintaining a practical, delivery-focused mindsetSkills5 10 years of experience in Scrum Master, Project Manager, or hybrid Agile delivery leadership rolesExperience within Healthcare and/or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) environments is requiredStrong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and project management principlesProven ability to manage risks, drive issue resolution, and ensure successful project deliveryExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholdersDemonstrated leadership presence and ability to influence without direct authorityStrong organizational, facilitation, and stakeholder management skillsExperience working in cross-functional, matrixed environmentsExperience managing large-scale healthcare technology, operations, or transformation initiativesScrum Master, PMP, SAFe, or other relevant Agile certificationsDemonstrated career progression with increasing levels of responsibility and leadershipAbility to balance Agile coaching with practical project execution and delivery managementCompany OverviewAt VITS Consulting Corp., our formula for driving business has three key ingredients: People, Process and Technology.
