Remote Scrum Master
Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Scrum events and ensure effective communication within the team
• Guide and coach the Scrum team on Agile practices and principles
• Remove any impediments or obstacles that are hindering the team's progress
• Track and team progress using Agile tools
• Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize tasks and deliverables
Essential Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification
• Demonstrated experience in Agile methodologies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
Desired Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Scrum Master role
• Experience working with remote teams
• Knowledge of financial industry practices
