Job Description: Remote Scrum Master at FDR Financial Group
Job Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and groom the product backlog.
• Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress to ensure smooth sprint execution.
• Track and report on team velocity, sprint progress, and overall project status.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and best practices.
Essential Qualifications:
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master in a remote work environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
Desired Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Experience working in the financial industry or with financial products.
• Experience with remote team collaboration tools such as Jira, Slack, or Zoom.
