[Remote] Scientific Content Specialist

The Scientific Content Specialist will develop high-quality scientific content and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support life sciences and diagnostics industry partners.ResponsibilitiesDevelop scientific publications including abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and conference presentations for submission to peer-reviewed journals and medical conferencesSupport market research initiatives by developing materials for advisory boards, market insights meetings, and stakeholder engagement sessionsCreate discussion guides, slide decks, and summary reports synthesizing insights from expert advisory panels and market research activitiesCollaborate with Medical, Analytics, Quality Initiative, and Commercial Operations teams to translate complex data and clinical findings into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiencesPartner with internal teams to develop content for internal communications, training materials, and strategic planning documentsConduct literature reviews and synthesize scientific evidence to support publication strategies and market research objectivesSupport the Commercial Operations team by developing protocols, standard operating procedures, best practice guidelines, and implementation toolkitsManage multiple writing projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high-quality standardsEnsure all deliverables comply with Current Good Publication Practice (cGPP) guidelines, journal requirements, and regulatory standardsParticipate in client meetings and presentations as needed to support project delivery and relationship developmentStrategically consider how content for healthcare providers and life science companies can be collaborated for strategic purposesSkillsAdvanced degree in biomedical sciences, public health, epidemiology, or a related field (PhD, MPH, or MS preferred)3-5 years of medical writing experience in healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology settings1-2 years of experience in creating oncology-specific deliverablesProficiency in ICJME best practices and ethical standards in reporting research in medical publicationsDemonstrated experience developing scientific publications (abstracts, posters, manuscripts) for peer-reviewed journals and medical conferencesExperience supporting advisory boards, KOL engagements, or market research activitiesOncology expertise from a scientific, medical, or pharmaceutical background with a basic understanding of the mechanism of oncology, and common therapiesExperience with Current Good Publication Practice (cGPP) guidelines, publication ethics standards, and ICMJE authorship criteriaStrong project management skills with ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and prioritize effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with reference management software (EndNote) preferredTravel required (20% - 30%)This position requires candidates to reside in either the Eastern or Central U.S. time zonesPro-active, collaborative, creative, energetic, and positiveBenefitsMedical/Dental/Vision Insurance beginning the 1st of the month following your date of hirePaid Time Off401k with employer matchPaid Holidays and Floating HolidayCompany OverviewIntegra Connect is a healthcare technology company focusing on specialty care data, insights from powerful AI, and analytics solutions.
