Remote School Speech-Language Pathologist (Full Time) - New York
Full-Time Virtual School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated full-time Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in a New York school setting for the 2026-2027 school year. This 1099 independent contractor position offers consistent hours and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through school-based teletherapy.

Typical Responsibilities
β’ Deliver full-time virtual speech-language therapy services to students with diverse communication needs
β’ Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify speech and language challenges
β’ Develop and implement IEPs and individualized therapy plans
β’ Provide both direct and indirect services, including documentation, collaboration, and planning (all included in contracted hours)
β’ Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to support student success
β’ Maintain accurate and compliant service records, reports, and progress notes
β’ Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
β’ Provide engaging, effective teletherapy sessions using evidence-based practices
What Weβre Looking For
β’ New York State Educators Department - TSSLD
β’ New York State - License in Speech Language Pathology
β’ ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
β’ Full-time availability and commitment for the duration of the school year
β’ Preferred: Prior experience in Kβ12 school settings
β’ Strong knowledge of IEP processes and school-based service delivery
β’ Experience with teletherapy platforms
β’ Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Compensation & Structure
β’ $50β$56 per hour, based on experience
β’ 1099 independent contractor role through Soliant Education
β’ Full-time hours (35-40/week guaranteed)
β’ Contracted hours include both direct and indirect services (no unpaid admin time)
