Role Overview Well Minded Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Remote School Social Worker to join our dynamic team in Orange, California. This full-time position offers the unique opportunity to provide essential mental health support to students in a remote setting, fostering their well-being and personal growth. Key Responsibilities • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students exhibiting emotional or behavioral challenges. • Provide counseling services to students and families, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. • Collaborate with school staff, parents, and community resources to create effective support systems. • Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops to address common issues faced by students. • Maintain accurate and confidential records of student progress and treatment outcomes. • Stay current with best practices in social work and educational regulations. Required Qualifications • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution. • Active state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). • Proven experience in a school setting or working with children and adolescents. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and families. • Knowledge of mental health issues and resources available for youth.
