As a Remote Scheduling Specialist, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day scheduling operations, ensuring seamless coordination of service appointments, and providing top-notch customer service. Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations, including phone and email management, correspondence, and service appointment scheduling
Coordinate scheduling of technicians for service calls, installations, and repairs, ensuring timely and efficient dispatch
Monitor technician schedules, adjust as needed, and serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns
Ensure excellent customer service, promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
Organize and maintain systems for documents, invoices, and client records, with a focus on attention to detail and problem-solving
Process payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and assist in setting up and implementing ServiceTitan
Collaborate with the team to support business growth and development, with opportunities for professional growth and advancement
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in dispatching, preferably in the plumbing, HVAC, or electrical services industry
Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and dispatching software such as ServiceTitan
Excellent time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills, with a focus on attention to detail and problem-solving
Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, suppliers, and team members
Familiarity with plumbing/HVAC/service terminology, processes, and materials (beneficial but not required)
High school diploma or equivalent, with a clear background check
