Job Description:
As a Remote Scheduler for Interpreter Services, you will be responsible for coordinating interpreter services for members, ensuring they have access to accurate and timely communication during medical consultations. You will work closely with healthcare providers, members, and our interpretation team to schedule appointments, confirm availability, and handle any scheduling conflicts efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and confirm interpreter services for medical appointments.

  • Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and members to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Manage scheduling software and maintain accurate records of appointments.

  • Address scheduling conflicts and reschedule appointments as necessary.

  • Ensure interpreters are available for the required languages and specialties.

  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with healthcare regulations.
