[Remote] SCADA Project Manager

The SCADA Project Manager will lead and oversee the planning and implementation of SCADA integrations for renewable energy assets, ensuring successful project execution across North America, Latin America, and Europe.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the pipeline of SCADA projects through integration and into operationsMaintain awareness of project schedules and milestone dates leading up to the operational integration phaseConduct project assessments to determine scope, objectives, and resource requirementsDevelop detailed project plans, defining deliverables, timelines, milestones, and critical success factors. Proactively identify and address potential project risks and issues to maintain project momentumManage operational project initiatives to improve and modernize the infrastructure supporting the fleet of generation assetsWork with SCADA engineers, external vendors, contractors, and stakeholders to coordinate project activities, resolve conflicts, and manage expectations. Ensure seamless communication between all parties involved in the projectMaintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, status updates, diagrams, and division-of-responsibility matrices. Present project status and performance metrics to senior management and other stakeholdersProvide mentorship to junior team membersPerform other duties assignedSkills5+ years managing complex projects from inception to completion in an industrial or utility environmentEligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the futureBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related fieldEffective communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal, to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholdersSolid project management skills, including project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and budget controlStrong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify, solve and communicate complex problemsStrong technical background and understanding of SCADA systems, PLCs, RTUs, and communication protocolsExperience working with project/task management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana)Experience creating drawings/diagrams to document and convey technical information (e.g., Microsoft Visio, AutoCAD)Certification in project management (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent)Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., NERC CIP)BenefitsMedical, dental and vision insurance401kProfit sharingPaid time offCompany OverviewInvenergy is a privately-held developer, operator, and investor in clean energy solutions and services.
