We are seeking highly skilled and motivated SAP Support Desk Agents to join our team, providing top-notch support to our clients' end-users across various locations. As a SAP Support Desk Agent, you will play a vital role in resolving SAP-related issues, answering questions, and ensuring seamless customer experience. This is a fully remote, temporary position with a competitive salary range of $25.00 - $35.00 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and issues related to SAP modules, including Sales & Distribution (SD), Finance (FI), Warehouse Management (WM), and Supply Chain/Logistics (MM, PP, PM, QM, TM)
Provide first-line support, resolving issues, and offering workarounds when possible
Triage and escalate complex issues to Level 2 support teams as needed
Maintain accurate records of incidents, problems, and resolutions
Collaborate with client SMEs and project teams to enhance documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles
Requirements:
3+ years of recent experience in SAP functional support, preferably in one of the listed SAP disciplines (FI, SD, MM, WM, PP, etc.)
Outstanding communication and customer service skills
Ability to triage issues and determine whether they are functional, data, or infrastructure-related
Experience with S/4HANA and SAP functional configuration is a plus
1+ year of experience supporting SAP end-users
