[Remote] SAP Supply Chain Analyst Lead

Interior Logic Group, Inc. is seeking an SAP Supply Chain Lead to oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP supply chain solutions. This role will serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring alignment of system capabilities with operational needs and driving process improvements.ResponsibilitiesLead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP supply chain modules, including Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Warehouse Management (WM), and related functionalitiesPartner with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, and drive process improvements across procurement, inventory, production, and logistics functionsProvide subject matter expertise in supply chain best practices, ensuring alignment between SAP capabilities and operational processesOwn and manage end-to-end SAP initiatives, including scope definition, solution design, testing strategy, and go-live executionLead system integration and cross-functional alignment with Finance, Operations, and Sourcing to ensure seamless end-to-end processesOversee testing activities, including system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring solution quality and business readinessDevelop and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and user training materials to support adoption and knowledge transferMonitor system performance, identify root causes of issues, and drive resolution to maintain operational continuityAct as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by recommending enhancements, optimizations, and scalable solutionsStay current on SAP enhancements, S/4HANA capabilities, and industry trends to support continuous improvement and innovationSkillsBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Information Systems, or a related field7+ Years of ExperienceStrong experience leading SAP supply chain functional areas (MM, PP, WM) with full lifecycle implementation experienceDeep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and their system enablementProven ability to lead projects or workstreams, including planning, execution, and deliveryStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into system solutionsEffective communication and stakeholder management skills across both technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, cross-functional environmentAdvanced degreeSAP certification(s)Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or transformationsKnowledge of system integrations (e.g., EDI, third-party logistics, external planning systems)Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools such as SAP BI or SAP Analytics CloudBenefitsPlus benefitsCompany OverviewPowered by our industry-leading technology platform, Interior Logic Group is the largest national provider of interior design and finish solutions for the building industry.
