[Remote] SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager, Payroll Emphasis

The role involves overseeing large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget while managing client relationships and project teams effectively.ResponsibilitiesWork directly with our clients to oversee large-scale implementationsMaintain timelines, implementation milestones, scope and deliverables for multiple projectsBudgeting, communicating statuses with clients and communication plansServe as the primary liaison between the client, project team and AspireHRConduct internal project review meetings and act as a project information sourceLead an internal project team, monitor team tasks and progress based on agreed timelinesMonitor all lifecycle project deliverables to ensure quality is maintainedMonitor progress and ensure that the project is delivered on time, within scope and within budgetCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans and reportsSkillsBachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience a must5+ years of Project Management experience (that doesn't mind serving as a program lead in conjunction with third – party vendors)Demonstrates understanding of the integration points with other HR systems and modulesExperience managing project teams and/or outside vendors across multiple locations and geographiesDynamic project leader and team player with strong commitment and drive to accomplish individual and team tasks and goalsAbility to multitask, exercise sound judgment and prioritize conflicting demands of time with minimal supervisionProfessional presentation and communication skills (both written & oral)Demonstrates understanding of the integration points with other HR systems and modulesAbility to maintain a high level of confidentialityStrong analytical and persuasive skillsStrong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilityAbility to cope with multi-tasking, working independently and as a teamMust be a team player; always working towards win/win relationships, with a strong desire to continue learning and expanding their knowledge in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environmentAmbitious, driven, self-motivated, flexible and able to meet tight deadlinesSelf-guided person able to work in a changing environmentAble to communicate effectively with team members and customers, both written and verbalWilling to travel and work within customer workplaces (pre-planned)Experience with projects in the SuccessFactors SaaS spaceKnowledge, experience, and current SAP SuccessFactors certifications in more than one talent module, in addition to Employee Central Payroll, Employee Central preferredAt least 3 years hands-on experience being a Project Manager on SAP Payroll or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementationsSkilled at knowledge sharing of functional and technical information with other team membersCompany OverviewAspireHR is a U.S.-based HR partner that is focused exclusively on the needs of the HR marketplace.
