[Remote] SAP S/4HANA Materials Management & Warehouse Product Owner/Functional SME (MM/IM/EWM) || REMOTE - W2

HYR Global Source Inc is seeking a SAP S/4HANA Materials Management & Warehouse Product Owner/Functional SME to support warehouse operations in an asset-intensive oil and gas environment. This role involves acting as the business-facing technical Subject Matter Expert, ensuring that solutions align with operational realities and supporting process design, deployments, and user adoption.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary product owner for SAP MM, IM, and EWM capabilities supporting warehouses, maintenance, and project teamsRepresent operational priorities and constraints with SAP delivery, integration, and sustainment teamsOwn the functional backlog, enhancement intake, and prioritization across materials and warehouse domainsProvide subject matter expertise in SAP S/4HANA for MM (procurement support, material master), IM (stock management, physical inventory), and EWM (inbound/outbound processing, staging)Support and guide design decisions for embedded or decentralized EWM implementationsLead onsite current-state and future-state process mapping workshops with operations teamsTranslate operational needs into user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteriaLead or support SAP deployments, coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensure business readinessDevelop and deliver training, job aids, and field-facing documentation to support adoptionBuild trusted relationships with leaders, supervisors, and frontline usersSkillsExtensive experience with SAP S/4HANA MM and IM in enterprise environmentsPractical working experience with SAP EWM supporting warehouse executionStrong understanding of MM/EWM integration with SAP EAM/PMExperience supporting asset-intensive or oil and gas operationsProven ability to operate as a business-facing product owner or functional leadExperience leading process workshops, UAT, deployments, and trainingWillingness and ability to travel 50-75%, typically Monday-ThursdayMust be able to work in the Central Time Zone (CST)Education Requirement - Bachelor s Degree in: Computer Science, Information Technology, Or related fieldExperience with multiple SAP S/4HANA deployments or rolloutsExperience in embedded vs. decentralized EWM environmentsFamiliarity with Agile or hybrid delivery modelsA background in warehouse or maintenance operationsBenefits100% Remote with some travel to Midland, TX (Expenses will be covered)W2 Only - ANY VISA...Company OverviewEstablished in 2013.
