[Remote] SAP PTP – Procurement Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Lupus Consulting is seeking a skilled PTP – Procurement Consultant to support a large-scale organizational separation project. The role involves analyzing, restructuring, and implementing procurement processes to align with a new organizational model for two independent business divisions.ResponsibilitiesProvide expert guidance on SAP Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes within the context of a corporate carve-outAnalyze existing procurement workflows and redesign them to support the structure and needs of two newly separated divisionsSupport SAP system configuration related to purchasing, vendor management, pricing, and procurement approvalsCollaborate with stakeholders across business, finance, and supply chain to map requirements and ensure proper alignmentManage master data adjustments related to suppliers, purchasing info records, and procurement-related materialsContribute to testing cycles including SIT and UAT, and support cutover and go-live activitiesEnsure compliance with corporate procurement standards and help mitigate operational and process-related risksSkillsStrong experience as an SAP PTP / Procurement Consultant, preferably within transformation or separation projectsSolid understanding of end-to-end procurement processes, vendor management, and SAP purchasing functionsExperience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC environmentsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFluent English and strong, confident Spanish language skills are mandatoryAbility to work effectively in a complex, multinational environmentCompany OverviewLupus Consulting offers SAP consulting, IT strategy, business intelligence, application management outsourcing, and development services.
