[Remote] SAP Program Manager – SAP GROW

KATBOTZ LLC is seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to oversee and lead multiple SAP GROW transformation initiatives across a portfolio of projects. The role involves program governance, strategic planning, stakeholder management, and ensuring the successful delivery of business outcomes across multiple SAP Cloud ERP implementations.ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee multiple SAP GROW implementation projects within a transformation programEstablish program governance frameworks, delivery standards, and reporting structuresDefine program objectives, success metrics, milestones, and business outcomesEnsure alignment between project teams, business stakeholders, implementation partners, and executive leadershipDrive consistency across all workstreams and implementation activitiesDevelop and manage integrated program roadmaps, timelines, budgets, and resource plansAlign program delivery with organizational goals, business priorities, and transformation objectivesEnsure successful execution of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation strategiesMonitor program performance and proactively address challenges impacting deliverySupport portfolio planning and prioritization of transformation initiativesAct as the primary point of contact for executive sponsors and steering committeesProvide regular program updates, status reports, risk assessments, and executive briefingsFacilitate decision-making processes and resolve cross-project dependenciesBuild trusted relationships with client leadership, SAP partners, and implementation teamsManage stakeholder expectations and drive alignment across business and IT organizationsOversee program budgets, forecasts, resource allocation, and utilizationMonitor financial performance and ensure projects remain within approved budgetsCoordinate staffing plans and resource requirements across multiple projectsSupport contract management, change requests, and program-level commercial discussionsIdentify and manage program-level risks, issues, dependencies, and escalationsImplement mitigation strategies to ensure successful program outcomesEnsure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and SAP best practicesEstablish quality assurance processes and delivery governance standardsPromote Clean Core principles and Fit-to-Standard adoption across all projectsDrive organizational readiness, change management, and business adoption initiativesEnsure transformation goals and expected business benefits are achievedTrack and report value realization metrics and program success indicatorsSupport continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned activitiesSkillsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field10+ years of SAP program or project management experience5+ years leading large-scale ERP transformation programsProven experience managing multiple SAP implementation projects simultaneouslyStrong experience with: SAP GROW, SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, SAP Activate Methodology, Program Governance, Portfolio Management, Budget & Financial Management, Risk & Dependency Management, Organizational Change ManagementExperience working with executive leadership and global delivery teamsExcellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skillsSAP Activate Project Manager CertificationPMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent program management certificationSAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation experienceExperience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)Experience leading global or multi-country ERP transformation programsConsulting or system integrator leadership experienceBenefitsCompetitive compensation packageOpportunities for professional development and career advancement.Flexible working conditions, with remote options available.Dynamic and supportive work environment.Company OverviewMaking Business Transformation Real KATBOTZ is a business consulting and tech-innovation firm empowering enterprise transformation through SAP and next-generation digital solutions.
