[Remote] SAP Performance Testing Architect
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Signature IT World Inc is seeking an SAP Performance Testing Architect to join their team. The role involves leading performance testing initiatives, managing deliverables, and ensuring continuous improvement in testing processes.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Initial planning and facilitation of Non-Functional Requirements workshops with SMEs
ā¢ Review and document current production challenges, environments, and tools
ā¢ Develop and maintain Performance Test Plan / Strategy and obtain sign-off from stakeholders
ā¢ Technical ownership of the Performance testing workstream
ā¢ Manage Performance team deliverables and liaise with Eaton team for test data
ā¢ Troubleshoot Performance environment and scenario blockers
ā¢ Support the team on process-related questions and drive risk & issue mitigation plans
ā¢ Ensure continuous improvement, governance oversight, and escalation management
Skills
ā¢ Strong experience with SAP ECC & S/4 HANA
ā¢ Expertise in Performance Testing and Monitoring Tools (LoadRunner, NeoLoad, Dynatrace)
ā¢ Excellent communication skills
ā¢ 12+ years of experience in performance testing & engineering
