[Remote] SAP OTC Consultant - A&D (US Citizens only)

They are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant specializing in Pricing, Contracts, and Billing to optimize Order-to-Cash processes and ensure compliance with government regulations.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Configure and maintain SAP pricing procedures, condition types, access sequences, surcharges, and discount structures in alignment with A&D contract terms
ā¢ Design and implement billing processes including Fixed Price, Time & Material, Cost Type, Usage-Based, Milestone, Progress, and Catalog Pricing models
ā¢ Support resource-related billing (RRB) and Project System (PS) integration for accurate cost capture and invoicing
ā¢ Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, CAS, and government audit requirements
ā¢ Implement and support contract management processes ā including flowdown terms, funding checks, and contract-type-based billing logic
ā¢ Configure and enhance VOFM routines to enable complex pricing, determination logic, and conditional billing rules
ā¢ Integrate and optimize aftermarket processes, including warranty claims (WTY), MRO services, and field service billing
ā¢ Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Contracts, Supply Chain, and Program Management teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable SAP solutions
ā¢ Support revenue recognition (ASC 606 / IFRS 15) and compliance reporting
ā¢ Conduct testing (unit, integration, UAT), troubleshoot issues, and provide go-live and hypercare support
ā¢ Develop and maintain configuration documentation, process flows, and end-user training materials
ā¢ Stay current with SAP S/4HANA, BRIM, and industry best practices for A&D pricing and billing
Skills
ā¢ Strong SAP OTC with RRB consultant with end-to-end implementation experience in S/4 HANA
ā¢ Hands-on experience across SAP SD, PS, and/or BRIM
ā¢ Experience in government contracting, aftermarket and warranty processes, and resource-related billing
ā¢ Configure and maintain SAP pricing procedures, condition types, access sequences, surcharges, and discount structures in alignment with A&D contract terms

ā¢ Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash, Contract-to-Cash, and Aftermarket business processes
ā¢ Familiarity with integration points between SD, FI/CO, PS, and MM
ā¢ Knowledge of FAR/DFARS, CAS, and government billing methods
ā¢ Experience with SAP VOFM routines, resource-related billing, and funding validation logic
ā¢ Experience with SAP Claims Management (WTY) for warranty and service claim processes
ā¢ Cognitus product knowledge and experience with Cognitus-developed solutions preferred
ā¢ Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field; SAP certification preferred
ā¢ Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
