They are seeking an SAP Omnichannel Sales Transfer and Audit (OSTA) Consultant to implement and configure OSTA for retail clients, while building expertise in next-generation SAP retail cloud technology.ResponsibilitiesImplement and configure SAP OSTA for retail and fashion clients, supported by rsNA's internal OSTA training and methodologyReceive hands-on mentoring from rsNA in-house OSTA expertise as you build proficiency in the technologyApply your SAP CAR/POSDM knowledge to map existing POS data flows, validation rules, and aggregation logic into the OSTA frameworkWork closely with client business and IT teams to gather requirements, configure the system, and support testing and go-liveContribute to rsNA's growing OSTA practice by documenting configurations, lessons learned, and best practicesGrow into a subject matter expert in OSTA as the technology matures and client demand expandsSkills1-5 years of SAP CAR (Customer Activity Repository) implementation experienceHands-on configuration of POSDTA (POS Data Transfer and Audit) - workstation setup, inbound processing, aggregation/summarization rulesUnderstanding of the retail POS data flow from transaction capture through to financial postingExperience working directly with client business and IT stakeholders in a consulting capacityComfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving engagements where not every answer exists in a manualExposure to SAP S/4HANA Retail or IS-RetailExperience with SAP cloud integration (BTP, APIs)Prior experience at a boutique SAP consulting firmBenefitsCompetitive base salary and bonus commensurate with experienceFull benefits package including medical, dental, and visionTravel expected but home location anywhere in the United States or CanadaDirect exposure to marquee retail and fashion clientsA small, senior team where your contributions are visible and your growth is realThe chance to learn and grow in cutting edge SAP technologyThis is a fully remote position open to candidates located anywhere in the United States and Canada.
